Homecare visits cater to individuals who require support with their daily tasks but prefer to stay in the comfort of their own home rather than relocating to a care home. These visits can be scheduled according to your routine, allowing our trained caregivers to assist you with dressing in the morning, medication support throughout the day, or preparing dinner in the evening. Our homecare services are adaptable, offering flexibility to accommodate your lifestyle.

Individuals have unique requirements for care and support, which are evaluated during our initial assessment process. Our team collaborates with the individual, their family, and any other external professionals to identify the appropriate level of care and support necessary to meet their needs. We regularly monitor and review our care and support provision through our dedicated senior management team. Any necessary adjustments or changes are recommended and discussed with the individual and their family. 

In the care sector, a general example of standard visit options includes one, two, three, or four visits per day. These visits can be tailored to the specific needs of the individual receiving care and support and may include a morning, lunchtime, tea, or night time visit.

 At Luna Care Services, we prioritize the safety, security, and reliability of our care services. Before the commencement of care, you and your loved ones will have the opportunity to meet with our care professional to establish a rapport and familiarity. Our care professionals carry electronic identity cards via our mobile application, allowing for easy identification upon arrival. Additionally, our care professionals wear identifiable uniform. They respect your privacy and always announce their arrival by knocking on your door. Furthermore, we take utmost care to maintain the confidentiality of your key safe codes to ensure your security is never compromised. We have procedures in place to ensure that our care professionals are equipped to handle emergency situations, including instances where they are unable to access your home or if you require medical assistance. 

During the initial assessment, we will determine the appropriate length of visits for each individual's specific needs and requirements. At Luna Care Services, we are dedicated to providing the right level of care and support for those we serve. To ensure the highest level of care, we have implemented a minimum call length of 30 minutes. For morning visits, we recommend a minimum of 45 minutes, providing ample time for our care professionals to assist with personal care, medication management, nutrition and hydration, and light domestic tasks without the individual feeling rushed.

Our visit lengths range from 30 minutes to 24 hours and are tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. For longer periods of care, we offer alternative options such as live-in care or respite care, which provide similar services.

 The cost of receiving homecare is largely determined by the extent and frequency of the assistance you require. When you enlist the services of a professional carer, you can expect them to assist with a range of tasks including domestic duties and administering medication. There are also alternative options for shorter visits that last either 30 or 45 minutes. For those who require overnight support, there are set fees in place to accommodate this service. Regardless of your personal needs, there are various pricing options available to you to ensure that you receive the support you require at an affordable rate.
